What is the cost of shipping?
All orders ship for free. We currently only ship within the United States (the contiguous 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii) and military addresses such as APOs, FPOs and DPOs.
How quickly do we ship orders?
Orders ship within 48 hours of receiving cleared payments. We ship Monday through Friday. If your payment is received on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday, your order may not ship until the next business day.
How do we ship orders?
We mostly ship orders via USPS and some may ship via UPS, Fedex or other shipping carries. Most orders ship via USPS First Class Mail, unless they are over 13 ounces. If the order is over 13 ounces, we ship via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Select Post – which ever method costs less.
Returns
We accept returns on unused items that are returned within 14 days of delivery. We refund the order cost minus shipping. If you wish to return an item, simply contact us for a refund and we’ll in turn reply with return instructions.
Cancellations
How long after the order is placed, can I cancel?
We can only cancel unshipped orders. In such a situation, we refund your money in full. If we’ve already shipped your order, you can return the items for a refund once they arrive. Please see our returns policy above. To cancel an order which has not shipped, simply contact us.
